On May 17, 2008, Dale Earnhardt Jr., will drive his third 3 Doors Down car in the Sprint All-Star Race at Lowe's Motor Speedway. Singer Brad Arnold attributes his band's support for the military in part to his Gulf Coast upbringing and his father and brother's service in the Air Force. In addition, the band's guitar player, Chris Henderson, was a Seabee for a decade. This year's Dale Jr., National Guard, 3 Doors Down program will be one of Earnhardt Jr.'s largest programs of the year.
