Shipping Your Order Most orders are shipped USPS priority mail. In most cases all of the items in the order will be shipped at one time. However, if an item status is preorder, we will ship the merchandise that is in-stock in order to provide you with the most efficient service. If your order contains in stock items and preorder items, your in stock items will be shipped and your preorder items will be shipped at an additional cost when they are in stock.
Do we ship outside of the USA? Sorry, no orders can be shipped outside of the Continental US or Canada.

How do you return products? Before returning any merchandise, you must contact a PRG representative for return details.
Any merchandise returned for damaged reasons will be replaced if replacements are in-stock.
